About Me

I'm a software engineer with a strong foundation in backend systems, cloud infrastructure, and applied ML. I like working on problems where getting it wrong has real consequences — and building the kind of software that holds up when it matters.

My background spans backend engineering, cloud infrastructure, and applied AI. I've built things from scratch and shipped them to real users, and I care as much about clean architecture as I do about the problem being worth solving.

Here's some recent work I'm proud of:

  • Argus — a self-hosted Datadog alternative with real-time ML anomaly detection. Kafka ingestion, Spark streaming, Isolation Forest + LSTM Autoencoders, TimescaleDB, live WebSocket dashboard. Built it because observability tooling shouldn't cost $40k/year.

  • Meridian — a multi-agent LLM research assistant that plans, retrieves, critiques, and synthesizes answers with full source attribution. LangGraph orchestration, FAISS semantic search, RAGAS evaluation, MLflow tracking. Powered by Claude.

  • NexLedger — a distributed banking backend with event-driven CQRS, Kafka-based saga orchestration, Redis idempotency, and reactive fraud scoring. The kind of system where correctness isn't optional.

  • CourtAccess AI — real-time courtroom interpretation and legal document translation for the Massachusetts Trial Court. OCR, PII redaction, LLM translation, role-gated React frontend. Presented at a Google expo. Built it because access to justice shouldn't depend on what language you speak.

I'm actively looking for roles in Backend Engineering, AI/ML Engineering, or Full-Stack Development. On OPT, STEM extension eligible, available immediately.
