Records that the Etsy appeal has been submitted by the owner, that PR #64 aligned the public website with it and was merged/deployed/verified live, and that a full production health re-check (API, DB, Redis, retention scheduler + latest invocation) came back fully healthy. Updates PROJECT_STATUS.md/TASKS.md/HANDOFF.md to current-state-only, adds CHANGELOG.md/CHANGELOG_AI.md entries for 2026-07-16, and syncs the Etsy compliance docs (appeal checklist moved to post-submission mode, production-readiness/compliance-audit/feature-matrix status lines updated, retention doc gets its second successful run).
