Hey, I'm Mark 👋

AI Engineer building LLM agents that run in production for B2B clients — automating document- and email-heavy workflows inside the systems companies already use. 🏅 Google Cloud Associate Cloud Engineer (ACE)

What I do

Most of my work sits in the gap between a demo that impresses and a system people actually trust: guardrails that make automated decisions safe to act on, integrations with the tools a business already runs on, and the multi-tenant foundations that let one product serve many customers. I care about the parts nobody demos — what happens when the model is wrong, when the API is down, when real data doesn't look like the fixtures.
