The nav sidebar inherited the serif through --font-sans. Labels and navigation now use IBM Plex Mono like the site's nav links and kickers (section headers tracked uppercase at 500 — the loaded mono weights are 400/500), the US/UK toggle and repo slug go mono, and the dataset title stays serif as display. The meta description drops "weighted synthetic population" for "calibrated synthetic microdata", the scope-neutral noun the card and footers use. Follow-up to #151. The sidebar was inheriting STIX through
--font-sans; per the identity, app-nav labels speak IBM Plex Mono (the same voice as the site's nav links and kickers). Section headers go tracked-uppercase mono at weight 500, nav items mono 13px, the US/UK toggle and repo slug mono; "Microcosm US" stays serif as display.Also swaps the meta description's "weighted synthetic population" for "calibrated synthetic microdata" — the scope-neutral noun (people, households, and firms) used on the card and footers.
