Agent Harness / AI Product IC. I build governed multi-agent systems — and run them daily as my own heaviest user.

Creed: the model sets the ceiling of agent capability; the harness decides how many users can reliably reach it.

OctoLab 千手实验室 — my product studio, run by two authors: one human (me) and one AI (Jibai 既白, my AI partner and co-author).

  • Consumer-side agent research — position paper submitted to Harvard Data Science Review (proposal under screening): a production/consumption agent typology and an execution / control / consumption layered architecture
  • Agent Inbox — a triage front-end for multi-agent output; pre-registered n=1 experiment running
