Maps from Map Pack Volcanic.

This adds the maps from Map Pack Volcanic (released May 2026).

Some notes on the conversion from the paper maps:

• MegaMek doesn't have art assets for "flowing lava", many hexes on these maps show lava but for game purposes are clear hexes (this is also stated in the rules pamphlet included with the map pack), this can result in lava flows looking "patchy" on the MegaMek version.
• MegaMek does not currently support individual fog hexes
• Bridges on the Lava Tubes maps are shown on the map as natural rock bridges, we don't have the art to do this in MegaMek. No class information is provided on the map, so I went conservative and set them to 100 CF
• Buildings are set at the max CF for their given class and follow the Core changelog mention that heights listed on maps are a combination of building height and underlying terrain.
• Like paper map converted to MegaMek, Column 16 and half hexes are extra and use the surrounding terrain to inform how they were filled.

A todo for the future is to go through and create the various Battle Mats being generated from this set.
