The parser currently provides two features:

Validate a dataset: checks for the required file/directory structure according to the bundled schema.
mammos-parser uppsala-data validate-dataset path/to/dataset -
Generate derived files (result files that contain aggregated/converted raw output).
mammos-parser uppsala-data generate-derived-files path/to/dataset
To see all available options run mammos-parser [subcommand] --help.
