Creation of an automatic chatbot adapted for the WhatsApp platform. It was created with the intention of facilitating sales for small businesses that are just starting out in the industry. We worked with MySQL database management to better control orders placed, inventory, and customer information. This project aims to create an easy and friendly interaction between merchant and user. As well as helping the merchant to have better dynamic management of their products.
