POSITIVE TRACTION — CONCEPT WEBSITE & BUILDER'S MONEY TOOLKIT

Prepared for Leanne Ardern by Adam Gee · 18 June 2026

WHAT'S IN HERE

  1. index.html The full concept website for Positive Traction — one self-contained page. Double-click it to open in any web browser.

  2. tools/index.html "The Builder's Money Toolkit" — four interactive calculators (Job Profit, True Charge-Out Rate, EOFY Deduction Finder, and a 4-Week Cash Flow Forecaster). The website links to this under "Free Tools".

HOW TO VIEW IT

  • Just double-click "index.html" — it opens in your browser. No install, no setup.
  • Stay connected to the internet while viewing: the logo, team photo, accreditation badges and fonts load from the web, so they need a connection to appear. The calculators work fully offline.

THE LIVE VERSION

The same site is live to click around here: https://positive-traction-demo.netlify.app Toolkit: https://positive-traction-demo.netlify.app/tools/

A FEW NOTES (please read)

  • This is a CONCEPT / demonstration. Your real photos, words and reviews are in it, but nothing is locked in — it's a starting point to react to.
  • The PRICING ($150 / $250 / $300 a week) and the package inclusions are PLACEHOLDERS sketched around example numbers. We'd swap these for your real pricing before anything goes live.
  • The FORMS (the EOFY "claim your spot", the health check email step, the toolkit email capture, and the chat assistant) are DEMONSTRATIONS only — they show what would happen but don't yet send or capture anything. Wiring them up to capture real leads is a quick next step if you like the direction.

FOR YOUR WEB PERSON (if you have one)

  • Both files are plain, self-contained HTML/CSS/JavaScript — no build step, no framework, no dependencies to install.
  • They can be hosted on any standard web host or static host (Netlify, Vercel, your existing provider, etc.). Keep the "tools" folder alongside index.html so the "Free Tools" link keeps working.
