Every software project wiki/doc should have a meta-format that is standardized for all projects. STUB

Preliminary:

• A TODO page, stating future trajectories (get state)
• A body/abstract stating what the project is doing (its >> out), and what hardware (if relavant) it is made for (in <<).
• A History page, giving the history of edits, demarcing major changes
• A list of software dependencies, showing the projects/software needed to run it.
