Migrates BackendService to consume the generated OpenAPI types/routes (published by https://github.com/Kompakkt/Server as @kompakkt/server-openapi) instead of hand-typed interfaces.
This ensures end-to-end-typed contracts between Viewer and Server.
package.json includes scripts to update @kompakkt/* git-dependencies.
No intended behavior changes included.
