@Grizzly127 @ZetOE this is basically complete, and moves the "responsibility" of news from the frontend to the server, meaning every Kompakkt instance can have their own news. What do you think? |

This PR adds a user flag for "news editors", allowing them to edit news on the front page.
Editing includes: creating new posts, editing posts, publishing/unpublishing posts, and deleting posts.
