Register and validate the NodeTasks corpus

Registers NodeTasks as a deterministic NodeKit evaluation corpus without inventing a product-agent runtime or claiming official benchmark scores.

• adds canonical nodekit.repo/v1 protocol registration
• adds deterministic corpus validation and nodetasks.corpus-receipt/v1
• classifies vendored NodeRoom runtime signatures as provenance-only migration sources
• documents upstream ownership and the official-score boundary
• repairs 16 stale EOL-derived source-index records without changing vendored source
• makes catalog regeneration reproducible through an explicit generated-time override
