I build and lead end-to-end product systems — from clear specs and solid frontend through APIs, deployment, and the analytics that tell you whether the thing actually works. Most of my recent production work lives in private company repos; this profile is the public door, not a stand-in portfolio of work I can't show.

Right now

• Ascend — senior frontend-focused engineer at a US premium travel concierge company (remote). I help evolve the public-facing portal into a full operations platform, including self-owned product surfaces like a Trips Workspace and an analytics dashboard.
• OutSmark / Smart Civic — senior engineer and tech lead. I lead a small team on the firm's SaaS platform, embedded agents, and bilingual civic apps (Arabic + English) that real users depend on.

Earlier chapters: mid-level full-stack (API-first, reliability-heavy work), software-house delivery across clinics/retail/POS, junior DB + Python tooling at a financial office, and six years running high-end restaurant operations at Marassi on Egypt's North Coast — where I learned how to hold a complex system together and make the effort invisible.

I also teach physics, run scenario-based technical interviews, and keep a handful of long-running client partnerships (Egypt and Saudi Arabia).
