I'm good with making it a 1.0.0. Since all tests are now using the EESSI mixin class and we a lot of enhancements.

Put in draft, because I'd like to have confirmation from all of @laraPPr @satishskamath and @smoors before we approve this. I.e. I don't want a single person to merge this too early :)
