Fitting Updates

Datacard Maker updates:

• Fixed bugs with theory systematics
• TF polynomial orders defined in setup jsons
• Initial values created by the script and saved into results folder instead of copied
• Creates datacards for multiple models for single run
• Added coupling model

Combine scripts:

• Scripts for plotting Kappa scans
• Scripts for Z_Hcc limits
• Script to print fit parameters (and format for AN)

Other:

• Small update to control region plotters - more general use now

The diff on make_datacards.py looks very big, but that is just because I put sections 5, 6, & 7 into a loop (it loops for each model defined in the json). Inside of that section, the pertinent changes are the theory systematics: Lines 570-658)
