Add fail-closed source and installed-wheel smoke coverage for examples. Exercise sync and async clients against a loopback server across supported CPython versions. Document reproducible benchmark evidence and release readiness requirements. Closes #206
Run one Wemake hook across production and test code while retaining only test-specific structural exemptions. Remove broad Ruff test exclusions and normalize existing tests for unused fixtures, immutable shared data, and consistent imports. Refs #206
