Improved Anti Whale System

All tokens use 'Anti Whale System' based on total supply.
It is okay. but not enough.

For example,
total supply
1 000 000
token amount in pair
100 000
A has
10 000

in this case, A has 1% of the total supply
and also can make price impact of around 10%

but in example, total supply
1 000 000
token amount in pair
1 000
A has
100

in this case, A has 0.01% of the total supply but A can STILL make price impact of around 10%

As you can see in above example,
Anti Whale System can work properly ONLY IF token amount in pair is close to the total supply.
And token amount in pair can be small in below situations:

1. Burned 99% of the tokens
2. Token is bought so much to make token amount in pair reduced to 1 / 1000

Those situations are not that rare.

So in conclusion,
Anti Whale System should be based on token amount in pair.
With this method, I have made 'Improved Anti Whale System'
