Warn if using --force_rewrite when --resume and --output_directory point to the same directory

Do not delete the output folder when using the same folder for --resume and --output_dir together with --force_rewrite.

Ideally would be nice, if we can auto-magically support this (i.e. maybe move the original resuming folder to a temp location, and continue as normal)...
