Invalid request with APP_API connection

Hello,

For the past few days, my application has been returning the following error message:

{"error":"invalid_request"}

This occurs when I access a page that retrieves files from SharePoint in order to display them.

No parameters or files have been modified, and everything was working perfectly before. Have there been any recent changes on Microsoft's side that could be causing this issue? Has anyone else encountered the same problem?

I believe it's due to this https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sharepoint/dev/sp-add-ins/retirement-announcement-for-add-ins

So would be due to the Sharepoint "app" that provides the client ID/secret not being supported any more. Haven't quite worked out yet whether we just need to create a new set of credentials using Entra ID or if it's more complicated.
