Fail AIO deployment

Fresh install of Ubuntu Server LTS 22.04 and updated as of doc .

I'm basic Linux Admin guy. See attach for console dump of install. But basically it fail at I would say TASK [vexxhost.atmosphere.tempest : Fail when tempest result is failed]

Help would be appreciated.

What are the specifications of the system that you're running this inside of? It seems the validation tests failed to spin up any systems. If you can share the output of kubectl -n openstack logs ds/nova-compute-default and kubectl -n openstack logs deploy/nova-api-osapi that would be helpful to see why they're failing to spawn.

It does seem like everything got deployed well.

It seems that the compute service is failing to start because of the following:

I think the issue here is that the it doesn't have native virtualization inside the virtual machine, so the service is unable to start up. From what I believe, you can enable the option of exposing virtualization to the virtual machine. The option should be: "Expose hardware assisted virtualization to the guest OS".

I think you'll probably need to restart for this and I'm not sure if the AIO will recover cleanly from a reboot, I'd suggest either (if you can) running it from new or maybe running the converge again to try and sync things up again.

Well as pointed out I didn't have the "Expose hardware assisted virtualization to the guest OS". Thank fix.
