Titles are getting too cumbersome. We need a way to filter them like we have in various other areas of NCA. It would be ideal if we could filter based on indirect data, such as how recently a title was "active" - e.g., when it last had issues uploaded (scans or PDFs). Normal direct-data filters would be handy, too, of course: partial name match, location, etc.
