Recovery cannot reset device to factory defaults

Currently the recovery cannot reset a Halium device to factory defaults, instead its soft-bricked.

I can confirm this happens if you have rootfs and system.img in /data, if rootfs is on /system and system.img inside of that, on my device at least, I lose the entire cellular stack if I do a reset, not sure if anyone else has the same issue going on
