after closing the browser, vocie speed for English is set at default again

default voice speed is set at 2.0, vocie speed for English is set at 1.0. closing the browser, then reopening the browser, the default voice speed is still at 2.0, but vocie speed for English is set at default again, instead of the 1.0 I wanted.
