Trademark Notice

DevCloud is an independent, community-driven open-source project. References to cloud service providers in this project describe API compatibility and interoperability only, under nominative fair use.

Referenced Trademarks

The following are trademarks of their respective owners. DevCloud uses these names only for descriptive and interoperability purposes under nominative fair use:

  • AWS®, Amazon Web Services®, Amazon S3®, Amazon DynamoDB®, AWS Lambda®, Amazon SQS®, AWS IAM®, AWS STS® — trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates
  • Microsoft®, Azure®, Microsoft Azure® — trademarks of Microsoft Corporation (referenced in the roadmap for future support)
  • Google®, Google Cloud®, GCP® — trademarks of Google LLC (referenced in the roadmap for future support)
  • Terraform®, HashiCorp® — trademarks of HashiCorp, Inc.
  • Docker® — trademark of Docker, Inc.

What this means

  • DevCloud provides API-compatible implementations of cloud services for local development only.
  • Any reference to a trademarked name describes compatibility, not affiliation or origin.
  • No official SDKs, models, or branding assets are redistributed except under their original licenses (e.g., AWS Smithy models published under the Apache-2.0 license).
  • DevCloud does not use logos of trademark holders in its UI, documentation, or branding.
