Jason Wang created an issue 2019-12-20
fm.fmpsf crashes when the PSF stamp size is not square, and returns all zeros when trying to place a psf stamp that starts falling off the edge (even if the core psf is still in the image).
new note: we should handle the non-square case, but the off the edge-case is a "wont fix". Instead the user should pad the edges of the image with NaNs using the functions in Instrument.py
