Scribe-Data should be using as few resources of the Wikidata query service as possible. One thing that needs to change is that we're generating a query that has all the forms, but we're not using all of them. This is thus wasting Wikidata Query service bandwidth.

The current working thought is that we could use the contracts and generate queries that have all of the fields that we need.
