[Feature Request] ? or AGN? option if asking for a repeat #94

Description

@mattswint

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Not related to a problem. In instances where you miss a call sign or a name or a number, it would be nice to have the option to send ? or AGN? so that the responding station repeats their last transmission. This would be more realistic than having to send your entire message again, i.e. sending their entire call sign followed my my part of the exchange, just to have them repeate their name or other detail.

Describe the solution you'd like
In one of the more popular contest practice programs, you can press F7 to send the ? character and the responding station will repeat their last transmission. Perhaps a similar solution can be provide in Morse Walker.

Additional context
For example, if I'm running the CWT practice, my station sends CQ CWT K2MAS K. I have a responding station that sends their call. I copy their call correctly and send my exchange. They then send me their exchange and copy their name correctly, but not their CWops member number. In order for me to hear their member number again, I have to click the button to send my entire response to them and have them send their entire response back. This is unrealistic when an on-air QSO would involve me simply sending a ? character (or AGN?, if I'm being wild and crazy) for them to repeat their response.
