I tried to run TestApplication, but it failed with an error.

$ open TestApplication.app
LSOpenURLsWithRole() failed with error -10810 for the file /Users/kawachi/gitworks/sbt-appbundle/test-project/TestApplication.app.

I don't have Mavericks, so I can't help much. Let me know if you find a solution.

Are you changing the javaVersion by any chance? The default is "1.6+" which according to the Apple docs should allow the application to run with any JVM with version 6 or higher. Perhaps you are forcing the version to be 1.6 while your system only has a JVM 7?

Apparently error "-10810" indices "Unknown Error", so thanks to Apple for such a retarded error code.
