Documentation page for publication suggestions

In the ILAMB 2025 Workshop, Gretchen had the suggestion that we should include a documentation page which guides users to write a paragraph for their publication with the important details of their ilamb run. She had in mind things like explaining the options selected or the benchmark datasets run.

Gretchen continued to have great ideas, we could create an artifact from the ilamb to print a list of data DOIs if they were included in the reference data. Perhaps a subcommand:

ilamb citation configure_file.yaml --citation_style bibtex

This would add our ILAMB paper or some subset of papers, and then loop over each key in the configure file, extract the DOI, and query a service to return citation information.
