Index for the libraries

Just one more thought about what we need to do in the future. Once we actually will start populate this place we need a way to gather information about this annotations and suggest them to the user in some form. (Ideally it may be some additional pallete tool in API workbench).

So we need some index which allows to discover content of this repository in the easily consumable form.
So I suggest to thing about adding an index file. For example we may use format of registries which I a using in RAML Explorer and in AML (https://github.com/apiregistry/registry/blob/master/registry.json)
