Unified storage for libraries.

Hi guys, it is great that we have a github repository to store common libraries/annotations. But as we start actually populate this place we need a way to actually reference this libraries.

Of course one option is to reference them directly from github like

uses:
   myLib: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/raml-org/raml-annotations/master/myLibrary.raml

but as for me this looks like as a bit rough way of exposing this libraries to the world.

Can we arrange some better storage to reference them from RAMLs?
