Add Rust and Cargo to Rtools?

Since there will be a new version of Rtools released, is it possible to get Rust & Cargo to be atleast available to be downloaded in Rtools?

I'm sorry, sadly r-core has decided to take another direction and not use our infrastructure. I recommend you ask them on the r-devel mailing list how to contribute to rtools42
