Accelerated copy migration fails: Proxy VM cannot detect block device after 3 retries

Description

During a migration using vJailbreak's accelerated copy, the migration fails because the Proxy VM (v2v-helper) cannot detect the target block device on the ESXi host after 3 retry attempts. The issue is intermittent.

Expected Behavior

The Proxy VM detects the mapped block device on the ESXi host and the accelerated copy proceeds.

Actual Behavior

Migration fails with the Proxy VM unable to detect the block device after 3 retry attempts.
