QT DLL's windows client

Several dll's are missing from the downloadable binary builds.
E.g. the debug builds of the QT dll's (it needs both release and debug 
versions?)
And a dll that's missing completely is QtXmlPatterns4.dll

There might be more missing, but I don't have a resource explorer at hand.
