OSGi bundle

I'd like to use this library from OSGi (particularly from dropwizard metrics-servlets). I'm attaching a PR if any interest.

Fyi - I forked it to https://github.com/phax/profiler and released version 1.1.1 that requires Java 8 and is an OSGI bundle as well.
