Translation update: Russian completed, Polish coming soon

Hi,

I have finished translating the app into Russian. Could you please update/import the latest translation when you have time?
This will make it much easier for my wife to use this great application, so I really appreciate your work on it.

I have also started translating the app into Polish in the meantime. If everything goes well, I should be able to finish that translation by Friday too.

After I finish the Polish translation, I can also help complete the German translation if that would be useful.
