What type of data does IQtree use

I am trying to generate a reasonable for a study I'm doing for a high school class and I don't know if this program excepts or uses the data that I have since none of the data uses DNA but more of is a list of species

For IQ-TREE, you will need aligned DNA, Amino Acid, or morphology data. You can't generate a tree from just a list of species in IQ-TREE.

Do you know a place where that type of thing would be reasonably done or a study I can use for a comparison for it because i have sort of generated a tree using the NCBI's taxonomy browser but I don't think that would be adequate for the way I want to use it.
