Fatal: could not read Username for 'https://github.com': termonal prompts disabled

Hi, I'm trying to add this package to my lazy nvim config but I'm getting this error.

I saw this post but the solution of adding

git config --global --add url."git@github.com:".insteadOf "https://github.com/"

didn't work...
I get the error:

Cloning into '/home/jonesy/.local/share/nvim/lazy/nvim-web-devicons'...
        Host key verification failed.
        fatal: Could not read from remote repository.

        Please make sure you have the correct access rights
        and the repository exists.

I don' t really know what to do.
