Different results for WSL and MacOS

Hi Matt,
I tried to run hybpiper in WSL and macOS with the same samples. I found that there are some differences in the results (Please see the attachment). Also, there were some errors when running the SPAdes analysis. I am wondering what factors are causing these differences? Are there any ways to customize the analysis (probably give more time for SPAdes analysis)?

Hi! It would be good to see the .log files for the two different runs. I wonder whether conda is pulling different versions of bwa and spades for the two different systems.
