Unclear error message when opening Blob Container in Storage Explorer for attached storage accounts

Repro Steps:

1. Attach one storage account.
2. Expand the attached storage account -> Expand Blob Containers node -> Execute "Open in Storage Explorer" action for a blob container.
3. Check whether the error message is clear.

Expect:
A clearer error message should be shown explaining that this action requires an ARM resource ID and is not supported for attached accounts.

Actual:
The error message "Cannot retrieve storage account id for an attached account" is unclear.
