The software license does not grant permission to use the ArIED 61850, ARIEC61850, or related names, logos, icons, official-release badges, and branding in a way that suggests sponsorship, certification, approval, or official status.
Truthful references such as “based on ArIED 61850”, links to the official repository, and unmodified screenshots used for review or education are permitted. Modified distributions must use a distinct name and visual identity unless written permission is obtained.
Permission is required for OEM/white-label branding, use of official icons as a modified product's primary identity, or claims such as “official”, “certified”, or “approved”. Statutory fair use and nominative use rights are not restricted.
