More TolVal fields

I see that there have been some updates to BioMonTools !  I also see that density estimates will be working its way in too , yay!!!!
Because you all have zero other things to do for free, a request from us(me) BMT users.
1.	Would love to have more TolVal fields, for example I am running some NY DEC samples through BMT and they have their HBI value ( TolVal) and then two additional stressor specific values ( TP and NO3) which I can stick one in TolVal2, and then I think I can use UFC- which seems to be a weighted average of a taxonomic uncertainty class... which should act the same for the other????
2.	More TolVal fields would be great for Periphyton too as I see a lot of stressor specific tolerance values for diatoms

Metric Names
Include metric names.

Scoring, Metrics
Include any special conditions for metric scoring.
For example, adjustments for drainage area need the formula and the field name.

Include prefered name and class names.
