Who can create a new Plugin Manager Version for Octoprint?

Hi,

we have now some new fixes for Octoprint Filament Sensor Reloaded. Who can create a new Version for installing it over the Plugin Manager?

The Last Version what i see in Octoprint is :
Filament Sensor Reloaded: 1.1.0 it from 13 Jan 2017

Looks like a little bit old.
