The Boltz 2 code does not use the write_full_pae and write_full_pde option values. The pae and pde files are always written. The documentation says the default values are false which suggests neither PAE nor PDE files should be written. In Boltz 1 these options worked as expected. I am not sure if the intention in Boltz 2 was to remove these options, or whether they are supposed to work but did not get implemented. They should either be implemented or removed from the documentation and code.
