Reduce the problem of putting repeat_until data in first_end

It's tedious to put the same date in the start and end dates. Some options:

• require no end
• auto-populate the end date as the start date is entered
• just ask for duration (in minutes) instead, saving it as the end time.

My favourite is the last one. None of this applies to all-day events.
