At the moment, ebookmaker declares the epub namespace each time it uses it (as the translation of a data-epub-* attribute).
While this looks to me like it conforms to the epub standard, Apple Books doesn’t understand it.
Apple Books will understand epub attributes if the epub namespace is declared in the <html> header.
