Issues with building on arch linux

Unsure of what the exact issue is. I do not develop much on JS.
Currently using
Arch OS

pnpm 10.17.0

Ah unfortunately you need a fairly new version of node.js to avoid a bug with the fs implementation nodejs/node#58276.

I'm using v24.7.0 and it works.

That is very odd, is there no other output?

And if you cd engine && ./mach build what happens?

Ah okay can you try running mach bootstrap?

It'll prompt you to choose an application type, select #2, the non artifact mode.

I hit this when building as well. pnpm mach build worked when pnpm build didn't, and the bootstrapping fixed the issue for good.

I pulled main, and ran pnpm mach build and it worked.
