Pass config location via cmdline arg

Hello, it would be nice to have a way to specify the glide.ts location via a --config or similar argument. Creating a wrapper for this package for a NixOS module would be much easier than the current implementation of having to symlink against a hardcoded path within the user's ~ like how glide.nix does it with mkFirefoxModule which calls home.file internally.
