Beta milestone

I want to promote glide from alpha to beta at some point soon.

So that this milestone can be more concretely outlined, I need to figure out what issues I would block the beta milestone on. The following list is what I'm currently thinking would block:

• Separate normal modes for browsing / editing #172
• At least a couple releases with windows support (Windows release #17)
• <C-d> and <C-u> should scroll *half* pages not full pages #164
• Basic plugins support #84? (this might be okay to push back)
• More complete vim motions support?
• Switch <C-j> and <C-k> to make it more visually intuitive ? #122
• ... probably other things I'm missing
